Very usefull IMAP feature - it is possible to select folders which I'd like to
check for new messages. And it would be good to have it for POP-accounts,
even this is fully client's (Thunderbird) job in such case.

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
The part of mail notification code should check filter rules for additional flag
and show "new mail notification" in ssytem tray only if "check for new mail for
this folder = true"
