Overview Description When you load up http://sysdoc.pair.com/ (Tom's Hardware Guide), the table which contains the articles in centre (as opposed to the index table on the left) is shifted to a position below the index table. Steps to Reproduce 1) Start Mozilla. 2) URL http://sysdoc.pair.com/ is in favourites list; click on link. 3) Page loads incorrectly. Actual Results Contents table (in the centre, headed "Welcome to Tom's Hardware guide") is shifted below Index table (on the left, has a black background and is headed with Tom's logo of a hammer). There is a third column on the far right which contains the latest news (called "Tech News", grey background) which gets overrun with links to other articles from the Contents table (center) as you progress further down the page. Expected Results All tables should scan across the whole page. This works in Netscape 4.7 and in IE4. Reproducibility This has always happened with Mozilla; about three or four times. Build ID 20000012520 Not tested on any other platforms or builds. Additional Information Running Windows NT4 SP4 Screen resolution 800x600 65536 colours Screen slightly smaller due to MS-Office Shortcut Bar '97 against left side of screen.
It's a problem with floats, I think. The URL redirects to tomshardware.com. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 24101 ***
