I confess, I am lost on this web site. I don't know if this the right place to
ask this or not. If not please forward this to the right place.

My computer crashed and I got a dialog box asking if it could report the problem
to Foxfire, I clicked "OK". Now it is trying to connect but it keeps giving an
error message that it can not connect and I should check my proxy server
settings. I don't think I am using a proxy server (I really don't know much
about any of this) I have a dial up connection to enter.net my ISP. Outlook
and Mozilla both dial it and connect but this crash report can not. Any
suggestions what to do? (If you can tell me what to do, please make a step by
step walk through, ---you know the story about the village that is continually
looking for its' Idiot, my village started that one).
Thank you for your help, John Hero jjh37@enter.net

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I click "OK" to send report
2.It appears to be connecting it even says "Receiving"
3.Then it says "Can not connect, check proxy server cofiguration"

Actual Results:
Dialog box disappears until some time later or when ever I log on.
Maybe the mozilla talkback server was down (the computer that you tried to
connect to to submit an error report/crash). Are you still having such problems?

No, it only had the one crash, but I tried about a dozen times over 2 days to
send it to you and it would say "can not connect". It apears to have gone now,
when I dialed up the dialog box did not apears and ask to be transmitted, so
hopefully you got the report. Originally, it said you use these to check for
errors, I hope you got it. I have never had any problem with FireFox, I never
use the "other" browser that came with my Gateway. Thanks again John Hero -
