Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3

If the text in title attribute of any element is longer it is truncated and
there is no way to see the important tooltip text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hover your mouse pointer over an element with title attribute set to a very
long text.

Actual Results:
There is "..." instead of the rest of the text.

Expected Results:
It should have shown the whole text. A possible alternative is to show tne
truncated text as it is now and when user stays a while over an element the
tooltip could appear with the whole text.

It is a crucial thing to see all the text the authors of a web page expected to
put on a page. Actually Firefox is hiding the content of a page...
