Venkman Javascript debugger has some panes for displaying variables, and so on.
On my machine if they are resized, their right border move to the right-most
side of the Venkman window. They can't be moved back.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Venkman debugger
2. grab one border of each pane.
3. if there is a small circle on the border, please push it to make the border grow.

4. If it is maximized, then press it again to see if they go back to their
original place, or drag the border to see if you can resize the pane size.
Actual Results:  
Can't be resized

Expected Results:  
Should be resized.
This is a bug in XUL which was fixed recently (it was only broken shortly before
that anyway). Get a new Mozilla build.
