Per driver meeting, turn on the SVG preference by default, since we want this feature on for 1.1 and wish to lower the barrier for people to start experimenting and providing feedback. This is only the preference - work towards getting the tinderboxes ready and building SVG code by default is tracked in bug 122092 and its dependencies.

Should this be enabled by default if it breaks designMode as badly as it does (bug 288747)? I completely understand the desire for it to get more exposure, thus more testing, thus more robustness... but if firefox is launched with a broken designMode that will cause some major problems for firefox users on some sites. Thanks.
