have infoRSS 0.8.7 and Password Maker 0.1 extensions installed and toolbars
appear blank (no buttons/icons)on opening firefox. Most often with Password
Maker, rarely now with InfoRSS since both firefox and infoRSS updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install extension
2.close firefox, then reopen (will show up)
3.close firefox
4.reopen and will see blank toolbar where buttons SHOULD be
5.customize toolbar, re-drag out icons/text and close
6.toolbar cleared again

Actual Results:  
same as described

Expected Results:  
should not disappear

noia 2.0 (extreme) 2.82 theme installed and multiple extensions: adblock,
biobar, biofox, bugmenot, chatzilla, dictionary search, download manager tweak,
download statusbar, forecastFox, google images re-linker, image zoom, infoRss,
Iget, Password Maker, Sage, Sort Extensions, Tabbrowser Preferences, Teleflip,
Tweak Network, u.s. homeland security threat level, ViewSourceWith. All
extensions are most current update (as done through firefox update).
