access one https side
try to access another URL (not https)
data from uncrypted side is not loaded

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open two tabs
2.access one https side
3.try to access another URL (not https)
4.data from uncrypted side is not loaded
Actual Results:  
data from uncrypted side is not loaded during access of crypted side

Expected Results:  
simultanusly access of crypted an uncrypted side
