When I go under tools and go to the themes, I click on update.  The updater pops
up then just sits there.  The only way for me to update them is to uninstall
them then re-install the theme.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Tools
2. Select Themes
3. Click on any theme
4. Then click on update

Actual Results:  
The update window comes up then a progress bar shows but nothing happens with
it.  All you can do is close the window

Expected Results:  
The themes should update.

Is this still a valid bug? Try to confirm it with a nightly build
http://www.mozilla.org/developer and report back whether this issue is still
pertinent.

Otherwise, this bug will be marked INVALID for for inactivity in excess of 60
days (pre-1.0.4). I am self-assigning to track this bug and will reassign to
original owner if this bug is still valid.
