will not open pages at first go, including home page

will not open initial pages first go.  Typing page http or reload page will
open.  Happens 90% of the time.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mozilla
2.wait for page to load
3.cant find page alert pops up

Actual Results:  
cant find page pops up. then try reload or type http.  theopening page will
normally open.

Expected Results:  
open initial home page automatically
