From TB bug 280825:
We should have UI that allows a user to choose the dictionary they want to
associate with spell as you type.

Currently the spellchecker dialog has a combo box for choosing a dictionary but
there is no such parallel for inline spell checking.

In the meantime would it be worthwhile documenting the workaround in Help?
