Sometimes I switch back and forth between caps and lowercase when using firefox.
 Sometimes I would press Alt-D to get to the address bar and it didn't work. 
After a little research (and lots of lost hair), I figured out it was a caps
issue.  Shouldn't hot keys work no matter what case you are in?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on caps lock
2. Press Alt+D to get to the address bar


Actual Results:  
Address bar text box does not get focus.

Expected Results:  
Sent the address bar text box focus.
