292233 - Closing a tab by pressing Control-W is WAY too easy, causing an hour's email writing to be lost

Twice now, I've accidentally pressed Control-W while writing a long message in a
form.  The result is loss of about two hours of writing, and it's a painful
experience.

It's just too easy to press Control-W while trying to press something else like
Control-A, and it's also a reflex for us Emacs users.

Control-W should pop up a dialog asking if I really want the tab to be closed. 
Maybe that's too annoying for ordinary pages, in which case it should do it _if_
there's a form being filled in.

This has caused me to lose several hours of work, writing messages. 
Unfortunately it's not an easy thing to avoid doing by accident from time to time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start submitting a comment to slashdot or any other forum, or writing an
email using any web-based email service.
2. Press control-W after you've put some thought into your writing.
3. Look in horror as your hard work has just vanished irretrievably.

Actual Results:  
The look of horror turned to shock and dismay.

Expected Results:  
It should have popped up a dialog saying "You have pressed Control-W which
closes the current tab, but you are filling out a form.  Do you really want to
close this tab?".  And the default answer should be No.  If there's a keybinding
for Yes, it shouldn't be easy to hit by mistake while typing fast.
