After the landing of bug 196272, some gifs and css are no longer used in mailnews: winclassic.gif winwide.gif winvertical.gif and possibly: messenger/prefPanels.css
This patch: * Removes css and references to gifs that used to be used in pref-windows.xul Will also have to cvs remove the 3 gifs from each theme.

Verified FIXED using build 2005-05-05-06 with both classic and modern themes in Windows XP Seamonkey trunk.
