User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3
Build Identifier:
If the first part of a multipart message is text/html with white text (f.e. a
"BODY { color: white; }" style), any text/plain parts that follow will appear as
white text on white backgroud, thus not legible.
A possible workaround is selecting the text, which will then magically reveal
itself.
FYI, Outlook Express apparently has the same problem.
Reproducible: Always

This is the mirror of bug 76804, where the style of an HTML attachment is applied to the text/plain main message.

(In reply to Mike Cowperthwaite from comment #2) > This is the mirror of bug 76804, where the style of an HTML attachment is > applied to the text/plain main message. yep, and bug 76804 was duped against bug 31052, so the same applies for this bug.
