FF seems to have a problem with figuring out where to show the "Close multiple
tabs" confirmation dialog, when using multiple desktops.

My guess is that it is always shown in the first window created, which might not
be visible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open FF on desktop 1 and open two tabs
2. Open FF on desktop 2, choose File, Quit
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens on the current desktop (2), but a confirmation dialog is shown
on desktop (1)

Expected Results:  
The confirmation dialog should be shown on the current desktop (2)
