Build Identifier: 

The red spade Icon showing that there are updates available was still there 
after updating Firefox from 1.02 to 1.03.  I downloaded the update from the 
website and ran it instead of going through the wizard on the spade icon (would 
hang when I tried that)

Reproducible: Didn't try



Expected Results:  
The icon should not have shown that there we updates when there were none.
