whenever somewhere in the page any text is selected you cannot reload the page
with right click -> reload. i don't know if i'm the only one to complain about
this but to me this is really annoying.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select text in the page
2.right click

Actual Results:  
no reload item in context menu

Expected Results:  
would be cool if there was `reload` in the context menu

well yes, the topic is the same but the item is different. i hope this request
will not trigger another 24 page deiscussion like that bug you posted. i just do
not understand why reload page is removed from the context menu whenever text is
selected since the are already very few items in it.
