This is one of a series of pages that have worked in the past but are not now. 
In the page that this page links from the image shows up fine, for some reason
in this ASP it does not.  No idea why.  It works fine in IE Explorer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just hit the link

Actual Results:  
No image loaded

Expected Results:  
shown the image from the db file
src="\images\dbimages\4650.jpg

the page is using "\" instead of "/" in the image URl.
It's a bug in IE that it works there.
