Alternate text in image properties is always "The image [url] cannot be
displayed, because it contains errors." when the image is viewed directly.

Tested in Firefox 1.0.3 and Mozilla 1.8b.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View an image directly (not via HTML, XUL, etc).
2. Right-click and choose "Properties"
3. See the alternate text description

Actual Results:  
"The image [url] cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."

Expected Results:  
Should be nothing, or extract meta data from image, e.g. EXIF, PNG comment, etc.
