The browser you are using is not supported.". Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 5.01 and later, Netscape 6.2.3 and later and AOL 6 and later. If you continue ignoring the warning, all the site seems function properly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the site http://esupport.3com.com 2. Click the option " To continue to eSupport using your current browser click here" 3. Login into the esupport site and register a product or open a service request. Actual Results: The website seems to function proprly, although the initial warning. Expected Results: It's a site problem, i think that Firefox works fine.

The webmaster have answered to my complains in this way: "Please use IE for now, we are working to bring up another solution. This is a technology issue that can not be fixed in the current system."

Well if you follow the link on the webpage under:
Check supported browsers: Click Here
('click here' I don't believe it, this is sooo 20th century :-)
you'll see that Firefox is not mentioned.
Ok, as they say 'tested browsers' we can not blame them fully (actually they do provide a 'compatibility test' that is similar to a standard test - but why don't they place it above the tested browser list?)
