If you try to access the 3Com product support page with Firefox, a warning page
appear telling that "You are trying to access 3Com's eSupport site, which is a
java enhanced web application. The browser you are using is not supported.".
Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 5.01 and later, Netscape 6.2.3 and
later and AOL 6 and later.
If you continue ignoring the warning, all the site seems function properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the site http://esupport.3com.com
2. Click the option " To continue to eSupport using your current browser click here"
3. Login into the esupport site and register a product or open a service request.

Actual Results:  
The website seems to function proprly, although the initial warning.

Expected Results:  
It's a site problem, i think that Firefox works fine.
Summary: The support page doesn't function with Firefox. → The support page show a warning that Firefox isn't a supported browser.
The webmaster have answered to my complains in this way:
"Please use IE for now, we are working to bring up another solution. This is a
technology
issue that can not be fixed in the current system."

The site has changed, and now there isn't any advice. Problem solved.

Well if you follow the link on the webpage under:

Check supported browsers: Click Here
('click here' I don't believe it, this is sooo 20th century :-)

you'll see that Firefox is not mentioned.

Ok, as they say 'tested browsers' we can not blame them fully (actually they do provide a 'compatibility test' that is similar to a standard test - but why don't they place it above the tested browser list?)
