On attempted download of the stated Theme using the Theme download manager, the
manager will "freeze" and eventually I will receive a dialogue box stating
"Invalid or corrupt jar file".  This also occurs when I attempt a manual
download and install of the jar file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tools | Themes | update
2. Attempt update/download
3.

Actual Results:  
Theme Manager will "hang" or "freeze".

Expected Results:  
Theme manager should have installed the "Theme", but instead produced the
dialogue box stating "Invalid or corrupt jar file (path and name of file)". 

This problem has been present ever since the file
"noia_2.0_(extreme)-2.82-fx.jar" was posted.

Downloaded and installed just fine.
