http://www.mozilla.org/binaries.html and fully understand
the consequences!

binaries.html redirects to http://www.mozilla.org/releases/, a long page that
appears to contain no information relevant to the nightly builds.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/README and
go to http://www.mozilla.org/binaries.html
Actual Results:  
Fail to find releveant information

Expected Results:  
Relevant information should of been found.

While http://www.mozilla.org/binaries.html now redirects to http://www.mozilla.org/releases/, that page has nothing to do with nightly builds. http://www.mozilla.org/developer/#builds might be a better choice (or some other page).

That's really not an appropriate component for FTP content bugs, but I'm not sure what is.

Mirrors is only for distribution.  Staging is for static content, Build-Release is for automated build content.
