While page is loading and it is scrolled down by used the browser goes to the
top of the page itself. The only way to stop it is to hold the scrolling slider
by mouse.

I can reproduce in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050430.
