Login area of this site in the top left hand corner is obscured by the brown
border that runs down the left side of the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the URL above to navigate to the site
2.Notice the login fields are obscured.


Actual Results:  
Login fields are obscured.

Expected Results:  
Login fields should not be overlayed with and extension of the brown border.
