User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 At random points in time, the Firefox browser freezes, then the Mozilla Icon inthe upper left-hand corner of the screen on the title bar changes to the Windows default program icon, and then if I click anywhere on the browser the words "(Not Responding)" appear after the title of the web page on the title bar. Then after 10 seconds to 1 minute (random) it starts working correctly again. Sometimes it will freeze again right after it resumes. Internet Explorer does not have this problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Mozilla 2.Go to anysite 3.Scroll for a while or click on links or sit idol and move the mouse Actual Results: It froze for 10 to 1 minute Expected Results: Not frozen and continued to scroll or go to a link
We can't do anyhting with this bug report if nobody can confirm it. (and nobody else seems to have this problem). -> wfm If you have extensions installed, you could run Firefox in the Firefox safemode. Close FF and run the FF safemode entry in the windows startmenu. Safemode is just Firefox without extensions and if that works you can do a try&error with deinstalling extensions.
