When using 0.8.4, open the preferences and select "Show All". The text labels
for the icons beneath do not show.
Is this worth fixing since we did a pref UI overhaul for 0.9 which has no such
issue?
I think if or when there is a 0.8.5 release, we should include this as the 08
branch is the stable one. If 09 comes out before such a release, then it doesn't
matter. But since we don't know when 09 will be ready, this should be fixed.
i'm not worried about this (it's marginally cosmetic), and it's not a problem on
the trunk. our focus is going to be on the trunk from now on.
