It would be nice to have a comment field for communication between the developer
and the UMO staff and UMO testers. Foor example, I just shipped four themes with
a bug. I'm now shipping corrected versions, but it would be nice to be able to
tell the staff to ignore the versions in queue that have the bug.

Also, it would be nice to able to remove files in queue when we discover bugs
before they are tested and approved.
