Once you login to http://www.citicards.com, you can use the web site to create
temporary Virtual Account Numbers for use in online purchasing. When using this
feature, a popup window enables the user to interact in generating a Virtual
Account Number. The pope window is lifeless for a Firefix user. It seems to work
ok with Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.1106.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to http://www.citicards.com
2. In the Account Summary page, to the left of the logout button, there is an
enticement to use Virtual Account Numbers (VAN) for online shopping. Click on
the hyperlink. That'll take you to a page that provides two options for VAN
usage. Click on the 'Launch Now' button that lets you use the method over the
web. Once you accept their licensing terms and conditions, a popup window titled
'Virtual Account Numbers' shows up.
3. Try typing in your login id into the first text window on the popup window.
It won't work with Firefox, but it works with Internet Explorer.

Actual Results:  
The cursor doesn't show uop in the first text box of the popup window. (IT shows
up ok with Internet explorer).

Expected Results:  
The cursor should have shown up and should have let me type in the login id,
password, etc.
