Camino forgets display position

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open "Preferences" > "Tabs" 
2) Uncheck the box: "Always show tab bar"
3) Check the box: "Command click on link: Open in a new tab"
4) Close all tabs or windows
5) Go to "http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/camino/nightly/"
6) Scroll page down to the bottom
7) Command click on "latest/" and open it in a new tab
8) Close "latest" tab and back to "Index of /pub/mozilla.org/camino/nightly/" page
Actual Results:  
Camino forgets display position and shows the top of the page.

Expected Results:  
Camino stays display position.

This problem has started since 20050429.
20050428 NB has no problem.

Er, I didn't read the the other bug well.  Bug 292286 comment 15 describes this
bug, so it's a dupe.
