I only see the actual web page after I have refreshed the page a few times. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: It is not possible to reproduce the problem as it occurs randomly Expected Results: Page to load normally with text and graphics.

This can happen if the MIME-type is text/plain instead of text/html. The latter one should be the default, but some webserver (Like Apache) default to the former. But why does it work afetr a few refreshes ? Maybe it's a locad-balanced webserver, where one of the webservers isn't configured properly.
