Details

As devmo changes to a wiki, we should move the new vocabularies from there back
to namespace-friendly urls on www.mozilla.org.

From the lxr queries, it looks like we only have that namespace inside its
define, so it will be a simple and low risk change.
The namespace just got removed, so this bug can cease to exist.
