Build Identifier: Mozilla Firefox 1.0

Downloaded Firefox 1.0.3 after successfully using 1.0 for several months.  After
installation, got message on signing on ""connection refused when attempting to
contact start.mozilla.org.  Uninstalled and downloaded again, same results. 
Fortunately had backed up version 1.0 and thus was able to get back to using
older version of Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.uninstalled 1.0.3
2.downloaded 1.0.3
3.same problem

Actual Results:  
see above

Expected Results:  
allow me to using the latest version of Firefox.
You must reconfigure your firewall because the firefox.exe changed.
(remove the FF entry in your FF and add it again).
