Par for the course, Netscape has changed around their URLs without providing any
redirection, and the one we give for their tech support page no longer exists. 
Their current tech support link off their main browser page goes here:

http://browser.netscape.com/nsb/support/default.jsp

version8 is named Netscape Browser so we should not call that 'Netscape
Communicator'

I think add or replace like this is better:
 <p class="important">Are you here because you have a problem with
  Netscape Browser? If so, you're in the wrong place. Try

  support</a> site or use the Netscape

We should probably do a general search for files containing "help.netscape.com"
as well before marking this bug fixed.

The page at http://www.mozilla.org/bugs/ has been redirected to a more up-to-date page on MDC and is no longer pointing to help.netscape.com.

I did a search through the rest of the site and found these pages that still linked to help.netscape.com though.

These are copies of e-mails and don't contain actual links, AFAICT.

Resolving won't fix. These pages will be addressed in the PHP migration project.
