Switch caminobrowser.org, one last time, to a new host.

I've already made the DNS switch. Some will see the new host, some the old while
the change is taking place.

This bug is for tracking if all nameservers have switched so we can limit "down"
time to nil.

The "old" IP address on Yahoo's servers is 68.142.234.44. This could differ at
times, but will probably stay similar.

The "new" IP address is 205.196.223.217. This will definitely differ, but will
remain in the same sequence.

In two days, list all reports of the old IP address. We'll need people to keep
reporting them until there are no more reports of them. After a couple days,
I'll make a forum post alerting people to this bug and asking them to track the
IP address on their computer.

The other option is to make a subtle change to the site on one host and as
people to tell us if they see that change. A footer change is most desirable if
we do this method.
