Decrease Font (Ctrl+-) behaves surprisingly at sizes <= 7%

For all sizes > 7%, the decrease/increase seems to behaves as expected.
But for the 4-5 smallest sizes, some/all parts of the <about:> page actually
start to increase "back" instead of decreasing. (we're already in the tiny tiny
world at that size(s)...)
Note:
Starting from 100%, I can increase 8 times, or decrease 12-13 times.
May be there is too many decrease possible ? or something wrong at handling the
tinest sizes ?
