The html area (or drawing region or whatever (the part that scrolls -_-))
doesn't resize correctly after the font size changes. If you leave the page, and
then reload it (it could be affecting the cache only), then the font is still
normal as it should be, but the html area still retains the modified sizes

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use ctrl++ to increase the font size
2. Use ctrl+- to decrease the font size back to normal
Actual Results:  
The html area remained at the same height, or width, depending on the page's
design and styling. Eg: scrolling to the bottom of the page would be blank, and
its several pages of blank, depending on how much the font changed.

Expected Results:  
Properly resized the html area

On occasion, some sites render with the several pages of blank below it, even
though I haven't changed the font size.
