I have 4 seperate items That I manually stopped during downloading and it left
partial files on my desk top that I cant Delete...It says that the item is being
used by another program and cant delete it..they no longer show up in my
download folder/menu..how can I remove them

This sounds like an problem with Firefox rather than a problem with Bugzilla.

Please mark as a duplicate of bug 251625.
Use a utility called move on boot that can delete those files when windows starts.

Actually maybe it's not a dupe. If you've cancelled then Firefox should let go
of the file. However, watch that bug as I believe the patch for that bug will
fix this one.

Looks like a dupe, reopen with more details/steps to reproduce that work on
trunk builds if not fixed now.
