sidebar dosen't close right when mouse moves over a link while closing

When you close the sidebar and you move your mouse over a link before it
finishes closing, the sidebar re-opens. This bug could annoy people when they
have an other window on the left of mozilla and they move their mouse there just
afterward.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open sideabr
2. Close sidebar, but immediately move yor mouse over a link before it finishes
closing.
It's easier to reprodce when you have something with a lot of links like Reuters
News in the sidebar.

I don't see it on M15, but i can't even close the sidebar in the nightlies
after it. That's a different bug though. Resolving as fixed.
