Under rare circumstances, it becomes impossible to close one of the tabs.  This
seems to occur when this tab is attempting to load an inaccessible website.  The
tab will continue to display the "page loading" animation, but does not respond
to the close button, the close item on context menu, close by middle-click, or
Ctrl-W.  The "stop loading this page" icon is greyed-out when viewing this tab.

Aside from an extra uncloseable tab, the browser functions normally.  The
workaround is, of course, restarting the browser.

When this sort of thing happens on the Mac OS platform, I can often get the
tab to close by using the main menu, or by going to another tab, and after
closing that one, returning to the stuck one.

I have considered this to be a minor problem - maybe I am seeing something
different to you.

Those solutions do not work in my case.
