292761 - Wide Select List right side (including scrollbar) is Positioned Off Page

Using 20050422 trunk Firefox and assuming that this is a core issue.

Make sure the browser window is maximized and then load up
https://www.muscleshoppe.com/site/home.cfm and click on the select box at the
right side containing the text, "SEARCH BY 1317 PRODUCTS". The list is anchored
at the top left corner of the select box which makes the right side go off the
screen so that scrolling is impossible.

EXPECTED:

The list box should be anchored to the upper-right since the list is on the
right side of the page, and English is LTR. That way, no matter how wide the
list gets it will still fit (up to screen resolution).

I'm using Linux 2005042805 trunk @ 1400x1050, and the select list scrollbar
almost perfectly overlays the window scrollbar for the height of the select
scrollbar.

I could scroll slowly, about one line a second, using the cursor keys, but
that's no option if you want to poison yourself with product #657, 656 lines
away from either end of the list.
