Not much to describe. As written anyone with a nightly sees jumpyness / content changes in the alert message as the page draws. And because of all the messages constructed via anyone with css disabled, a non css browser, or other spiders see all the messages. If wevah doesn't look at this soon I'll find a few minutes to rewrite it so its cleaner in both cases (yet still easy to manage)

Fixed. We now use PHP for the detection and message display. Apparently, this does in fact fix bug 292488 as well.
