Firefox does not append the "sv1" tag to the user agent when it is used under
Micorsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2.

IE returns the following user agent for MS WinXP SP2
  mozilla/4.0 (compatible; msie 6.0; windows nt 5.1; sv1)

Firefox does not.  This is only a minor bug (if even).  Just makes it nice for
us web guys that try to walk the end user through settings correctly.

I've provided the above URL which i threw out to write the user agent line.

See also bug 57555 and bug 55366.  resolving wontfix because the current
behavior is correct per the spec, and bugs are open about putting even less
information in the header, not more.
