Dropdown menus do not work properly. They are navigable using the up/down or
right/left arrows, but do not respond to scrolling. Entire dropdown menu not
visible,limited to twenty (20) lines.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to site offering dropdown menu
2.Try to use it.

Actual Results:  
First 20 items of dropdown menu displayed. Scrolling doesn't work. Holding mouse
at bottom of list doesn't work. Arrows only way to move down past displayed results.

Expected Results:  
A matter of choice, to an extent. Entire dropdown choices should be easily
available, if not all displayed. Scrolling should move one down (or up) the
line, or holding the cursor at the bottom should start it rolling, but nothing
WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
