1) Click on Tasks, and Security Advisor.
2) View the window's title bar and heading.
3) Notice that you have opened the Personal Security Manager instead of the 
Security Advisor.

I suggest renaming the drop down menu item from Security Advisor to Personal 
Security Manager to keep the same name for the feature in both places. I have no 
preference as to which name is better, but it is certainly easier to rename the 
drop down menu item than the hundreds of places PSM or Personal Security Manager 
is mentioned.
