Details

If a bug's product/component matches more than one inclusion on the inclusion list for a flag type, the bug edit form UI for setting flags of that type appears as many times as there are inclusions on the list, regardless of whether or not the flag is multiplicable. For example, if MyFlag's inclusion list contains both Any:Any and MyProduct:Any, UI for setting MyFlag will appear twice in the bug edit forms for bugs in the MyProduct product. If the inclusion list also contains MyProduct:MyComponent, the UI will appear three times in the forms for bugs in the MyProduct product and MyComponent component.
