292917 - Create missing components for shared backend stuff of SeaMonkey and Thunderbird

Description

As proposed by bienvenu, we should create some missing Core components for
MailNews (backend) stuff shared by Seamonkey and Thunderbird, since bugs are
already (potentially) filed both in e.g. "MAS: Address book" and "Thunderbird:
Address book".

These components could/would/should be:

Core:   MailNews: Address Book
        Problems with the address book backend and shared frontend bits

(Actually, I'm not quite happy with Thunderbird sharing *frontend* code from
/mailnews at all, as this will very likely create problems in future, but that's
how it is currently...)

and

Core:	MailNews: Search
	Problems with the mail/news search backend

The shared backend stuff from "MAS: Offline" and "MAS: Return Receipts" may well
go into the existing "Core: MailNews: Backend" component, so there's no need for
extra components there.

I propose these both have a default assignee of [e-mail], and QA contacts of 
[e-mail] and [e-mail] respectively.  Thoughts?  Agreements?  Disagreements?
