When you want to import of mail settings for previous versions of Modzilla
Thunderbird - say - from a previous drive installation...you'd like to import
all previous mail and settings to your new version of Modzilla Thunderbird. 
This feature is currently not available...or maybe I'm missing something here. 
Please let me know.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on Tools
2.click on Import
3.click on mail
4.Modzilla Thunderbird is not listed as possible option

Actual Results:  
Nothing.  You can't import previous mails from previous installations of
Modzilla Thunderbird...a feature that is available in all versions of Explorer
and other mail software renderers.

Expected Results:  
It should offer an import of Modzilla Thunderbird email accounts from anywhere
on the computer system (isolating the current email settings - of course).  This
means if you had Thunderbird installed on another drive, you would be able to
import email, email addresses, and settings from your previous versions which
were installed...even from other versions of Microsoft Operating systems...i.e.
if your system runs Windows 98SE or if you were now running Windows XP as an
upgrade.
