In file menu, Import and Quit menu item's should have short cuts for easy
reference to the user.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to File menu
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Import and Quit menu items doesn't have shortcut in the menu bar.

Expected Results:
Import and Quit menu items have shortcut in the menu bar.
Since you used Firefox to file this, I'll assume this is a problem with Firefox
that you're reporting, rather than a problem with Bugzilla, since Bugzilla
doesn't even have a "Quit" menu item (it's a web app - just close your browser
window ;)

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

reproduction information if you have it.

Displays shortcuts for Import and Quit in File menu

Pretty old patch, and the wrong way to do anyway. We don't hardcode keyboard shortcuts in the labels. They're defined in browser-sets.inc.
