checked this at www.latviesi.com,games.germany.ru, and other web pages, i can't
open any popup windows! at games.germany.ru ther's a games that need to be
opened in a new window, no mater how much i clicked to open a new window it
didn't opened!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.find a web page where is any link that opens a popup window
2.click on the link 

Actual Results:  
popup window didn't opened

Expected Results:  
open a popup window

Reporter, we have a popup-blocker that is enabled by default (to prevent ads).
You can disable it, or make an exception for that page.

sorry, there was some problems with Extensions, i think it was Javascript
debugger, few minutes ago removed some extensions and popupwindow opened!
